More than 1 in 10 children in Kenya, 11.4% of those aged between 3 and 21 years old lives with a disability or special need, according to the Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE), yet the majority lack access to inclusive education, therapeutic support, and social development opportunities.

We recently partnered with Microsoft, through the Microsoft AI for Good Lab, to help tell the story of Project GIRAFFE; an AI initiative using technology to support wildlife conservation across Africa.

From field interviews in Tarangire and Serengeti National Parks, to studio conversations and shaping the story for broadcast on BBC Swahili, we were proud to help bring this important work to life by turning a complex, impactful initiative into a story that connects with the right people and makes a real difference.
