In Early October some quarters went a campaign saying there will be no Elnino.

Their campaign was very agressive with paid bloggers and other busybodies regurgitating some non-sensical statement, there will be no Elnino these will just be heavy rains , they would retort and feel very comfortable in their statement.

The weather respect no one and doesn't act at anyone command, its a complex and chaotic phenomena and has a mind of its own.

Now that heavy rains have fallen they are changing tunes trying to save face.
