Requirements;
- At least five years' previous hospitality management experience
- Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Desire to deliver excellent customer service to all
- Must have a friendly and can-do attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - able to connect to all levels of staff/ members
- Well presented; presentable appearance, pleasant, maintains eye contact and approachable
- Reliable and able to work over weekends when required

2. Junior Banqueting Manager
Requirements;
- 2+ years of Hospitality experience fostering a diverse network and knowledge to execute events large and small.
- Customer experience driven
- Collaborative and communicates well to provide direction
- Project management experience
- Research, organizational skills, and extraordinary relationship building skills
- Ability to multitask and execute under pressure and in demanding fast-paced environments
- Flexible schedule-long hours and regular evening event coverage is common
