We're excited to celebrate a landmark achievement for our client, Mi vida Homes, and their partners, International Housing Solutions (IHS) Kenya.

Over the weekend, 200 affordable, climate-friendly housing units at the 237 Garden City project were successfully handed over. This transaction creates the new Muzi Stawi community ("Peaceful Home") and significantly bolsters Nairobi's push to plug its housing gap.
