A strong healthcare system in any country begins with access to good food, clean water, and a supportive environment for families to thrive. This can reduce the burden on hospitals by preventing certain diseases and illnesses. Every citizen should have access to hospitals, clinics, and dispensaries at the regional, constituency, district, or ward level. Specialized medical or clinical offices should be available in each region based on the specific healthcare needs. It's crucial for Kenyans to prioritize the well-being of others over personal gain and corruption when it comes to healthcare. Our universities are continuously training capable healthcare workers who need support when they enter the job market. Healthcare workers should be provided with the necessary support and a conducive working environment. The contributions of partners and donors in this sector should be acknowledged as they play a significant role. The life of a Kenyan in a hospital is invaluable and should be treated as such.
