Are you struggling with bad habits or want to learn new ones? I found this quite useful
4 -step process for behavior change from Atomic Habits by James Clear:

1. Make it obvious: Increase the visibility of the desired behavior and decrease the visibility of the undesired behavior. This can be done by creating cues, such as a reminder or a visual cue, that trigger the desired behavior.

2. Make it attractive: Create an environment that encourages the desired behavior. This can be done by associating the desired behavior with something enjoyable, such as a reward or a positive experience.

3. Make it easy: Simplify the desired behavior to make it easier to do. This can be done by breaking down the behavior into smaller, more manageable steps or by removing barriers that make the behavior difficult to do.

4. Make it satisfying: Reinforce the desired behavior to make it more likely to be repeated in the future. This can be done by celebrating small successes, using positive self-talk, or finding intrinsic rewards for the behavior.
