Public relations professionals typically use data less than their counterparts in other professions. We can use data to predict what kinds of stories do best in different locations and what messages work with different audiences. With data such as this, collected by Chris Orwa on regional dialects on Twitter in Kenya, we can point to trends and get a better sense of our efforts.
