At 92 years old, Paul Biya has once again been declared the winner of the presidential election, extending his remarkable 43-year rule to what could become half a century in power!
The Constitutional Council announced that Biya won with 53.6% of the vote in the October 12, 2025 election, while his main rival Issa Tchiroma garnered 35.2%.
