And to those holding onto the memory of a mother they deeply miss, may her love and lessons continue to live gently in your heart.

As 2025 draws to a close, we are thankful for a year shaped by strong partnerships and purposeful work. Throughout the year, we collaborated with organisations willing to think boldly and communicate with intent — from high-impact market launches to global business engagements rooted in this region.

Our final newsletter of the year captures some of that journey — the thinking, the ex*****on, and the people behind the work.

We invite you to take a moment to read.

Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, we’re excited about partnering with more brands and institutions ready to shape conversations that matter most to them.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to be part of what you’re building next. Please get in touch.

Thank you for being part of our story — and for considering being part of the next chapter.

This past weekend, our Tell Em PR team escaped to Watamu for a coastal experience that left us inspired, recharged, and more connected than ever.

From the moment we arrived, Watamu had a way of slowing everything down; the calm breeze, the endless blue, and the chance to pause and take it all in.

A standout moment was our visit to the Local Ocean Conservation , where we immersed ourselves in the world of marine protection. Learning about the threats facing turtles and the conservation work happening on the ground to protect them. We were also lucky to release two turtles back into the ocean, including one weighing an incredible 158kg. It was a humbling reminder of how even small acts of care can make a difference.

Fun fact we learnt: A mother sea turtle can lay up to 8 nests per season, each with around 120 eggs, and she only nests once every four years. The scale of that effort is extraordinary, especially knowing how few hatchlings survive to adulthood. It made our release experience even more meaningful.

We also enjoyed a dhow cruise along the creek, taking in the calm waters and golden sunset, a simple and peaceful moment amid a weekend full of experiences.

At Tell Em PR, we believe in leading with heart. This Watamu experience reaffirmed that emotional connection isn’t just part of our work, it is who we are. We return inspired, re-energized, and ready to tell stories that truly resonate.

As global risks evolve, security is no longer just an operational concern, it is a strategic business priority. The World Security Report 2025 by Allied Universal and G4S offers an inside look at the evolving threat landscape and the strategies organizations are using to stay resilient.

Tell-Em PR was proud to partner with G4S to roll out the report in Kenya and Nigeria, driving conversations around corporate resilience through a comprehensive media engagement plan that included press release distribution, media interviews, and thought leadership features.

In Kenya, our campaign generated over 30 stories across broadcast, print, and online platforms, including CNBC Africa, Business Daily, The Standard, and Citizen Digital. The findings revealed that political instability (45%) and civil unrest (43%) have overtaken economic volatility as top risks for 2026, with 79% of businesses planning to increase security budgets.

In Nigeria, we secured 19 stories across major broadcast and digital outlets such as Punch, BizWatch Nigeria, IT Pulse, and Tech Economy, highlighting that 90% of Nigerian companies plan to boost physical security investments — the highest rate globally.

From Nairobi to Lagos, our efforts helped position G4S as a trusted voice in global and corporate security, while amplifying key insights that are shaping the future of protection. At Tell-Em PR, we take pride in delivering communications that inform, influence, and inspire across borders and industries.

Bagging new wins is always energizing and nothing could be more fitting than beginning our partnership with Kenya (SBC Kenya) by powering the launch of Sting Energy in the Kenyan market.

The launch introduced two dynamic variants — Red Rush (“Ignite Your Power”) and Gold Rush (“Elevate Your Energy”) made available nationwide at an accessible price point. Backed by its status as the Official Energy Drink of Formula 1, Sting brought global excitement, innovation, and flavour to one of Kenya’s fastest-growing beverage categories.

This milestone not only energized the market but also positioned Sting Energy as a symbol of ambition and global connection for Kenya’s next generation of achievers. Sting is about igniting a movement, empowering go-getters, athletes, students, and professionals to push their limits every day.

Have you tried Red Rush or Gold Rush yet? Which one fuels your hustle?
