Would you trust AI to be a judge?
Not just to help with research or paperwork, but to actually decide whether someone is guilty, innocent, right, or wrong.
On one hand, AI could be faster, more consistent, and less emotional than humans.
But on the other hand, justice is not just about logic. It needs context, empathy, lived experience, and accountability.
Because if AI gets it wrong, who takes responsibility?
The developer? The court? The system? Or the person affected by the decision?
AI can support justice, but should it replace human judgment?
