The Arts Group was proud to serve as the event management partner for African Population and Health Research Center’s landmark conference, commemorating 25 years of driving evidence, innovation, and health research across Africa, while also celebrating the official opening of Ulwazi II, APHRC’s new Knowledge Hub.

From the first guest arrival to the final moment on stage, our team delivered a seamless end-to-end event experience, bringing together strategy, coordination, design, and ex*****on to create a gathering worthy of such a historic milestone.

Our scope included event branding, conference décor, social space transformation, livestreaming, delegate registration and management, and full event coordination, ensuring every touchpoint reflected APHRC’s legacy, purpose, and bold vision for the future.

This was more than an event.
It was a celebration of knowledge, progress, collaboration, and African excellence.
