Customer Service Intern The Card Guys - Nairobi
Seeking an energetic, team-oriented intern to join our growing customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a printing, branding and design agency environment.
The Role:
Field inbound calls and emails, providing excellent service
Log and track customer requests and details in our system
Assist team with preparing quotes, invoices and managing orders
Support our designers and production team as needed
Help plan and staff trade shows and events
Requirements:
University Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized with great attention to detail
Passion for providing phenomenal customer service
Interest in marketing, design and branding
Prior experience in printing, branding or design agencies would be an advantage but is not required for the right candidate. Full-time role potential for top performer.
