We have banned all Monday morning meetings at Fixit PR.

Our people have come out of a sherehe weekend, and we will not throw them in a wrench on a Monday morning. They are not lazy, but we think they deserve to be eased into the week. Since the data shows our teams are more creative from Tuesday to Thursday, we will stick with our approach.

One of the challenges of onboarding clients who have not had a social media system before is getting them to understand the cycle of content and how it relates to conversion.

They could come on board without a page at all and will expect a new page set up, the content to be fire instantly, and the clients to start streaming in in crazy numbers. At the same time, they will be looking at their opponent who has been at the game for three years and want to be them in 1 month.

They may never understand the importance of consistency in content, the need to keep campaigns running even when their delivery is not optimum, and the need to make the best decisions out of the feedback they get in the reports.
