As the Mobile World Congress in Kigali Rwanda enters the third day, innovators from across Africa have braced up to showcase their ingenuity in providing a better future.
MWC is sponsored by GSMA Mobile for Development and like-minded partners with the intention of bringing together different players in the ecosystem.
In his presentation, Africa118-Official. MD/Founder-Ezana Raswork insisted on the need for the implementation of a solid framework that will ensure Mobile acceleration globally. “Africa 118 is one of the implementors of GSMA projects. Therefore, it is so inspiring to be surrounded by brilliant innovators this week at MWC Kigali, all focused on creating a better future.” Added Ezana. His sentiments were echoed by Africa 118 Ethiopia Project Lead Evance Rabare who championed the need to sensitize entrepreneurs on the importance of digital connectivity for better inclusion.
