Please don’t be alarmed if your order turns up in a reused postage bag ( I clearly shop online too much 🙊), it saves all of this plastic going to landfill. All I ask is if possible, you reuse it too ♻️

When I have no preused ones left, I endeavour to use compostable or fully recyclable postage bags.

I will be using Evri as our postal service. As well as Royal Mail have served me in the past, the ongoing strikes and delays mean everything is taking a lot longer with them. I don’t know about you, but I am always so eager to get my buys, the waiting is killer!

We cannot just place orders for R1000 or more with our own money only to be told by the customer they don't want it anymore. We also face scammers and chance takers. We are at as much risk as you so please, don't expect us to change the way we do business just to suit yourself. Don't try to manipulate us with or become belligerent because we ask for payment first. Not everyone is dishonest and untrustworthy. Ask anyone who buys from me that they always get their goods. If you are not going to show us the same respect that you want us to show you, then don't bother contacting us. Just like you, we are only looking for serious people to do business with. Either understand where I am coming from or don't contact me. I don't have time for nonsense and I refuse to be bullied..
