How We Work
Whenever you need to run errands, just liaise with our Coordinator via email or phone at least one day before for logistical arrangements. Each time you engage our dispatch, we will only charge you based on the total and type of duties he has carried out. In terms of payment, there are a few ways. The payment can be done before or after the task is completed. You may liaise with our Coordinator for a bank transfer (via online), cheque, M-Pesa or you can even pay cash upfront to our dispatchers instead. Once the job is done, we will Text, Whatsapp or Email to inform you. Terms and Conditions
1. All Ordinary Dispatch (OR) errands shall be completed on the same or next day.
2. All Express Dispatchers (ER) are provided subject to adherence to our terms and conditions and availability of man power.
3. The Rush Sheet (RS) and receipt shall be given the same/next working day upon client’s request unless stipulated otherwise.
4. All instructions/telephone contacts for the dispatchers must be clearly written in the Rush Sheet to avoid service errors and delays. The Rokit Dispatch will not be responsible if the task is not incomplete.
5. Dangerous goods, hazardous materials are prohibited.
6. All complaints against late delivery, loss or damaged dispatch items must be referred to The Rokit Dispatch in writing and emailed within two consecutive working days. No claims or complaints shall be accepted after this stipulated time period.
7. All quotations are valid for a period of 14 days only. All prices quoted are subjected to a 15% fuel surcharge.
