𝐑𝐂𝐄𝐏 (𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐚) 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚 (𝐗𝐢'𝐚𝐧) 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐙𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐳𝐡𝐢 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐚–𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Xi'an, Shaanxi, China | July 17, 2026 — To further strengthen cooperation between Cambodia and China in modern agriculture, international logistics, agricultural trade, and supply chain development, the RCEP (Cambodia) Delegation visited the China (Xi'an) International Agricultural Products Logistics Park in Zhouzhi County, Shaanxi Province. The delegation also held discussions with local government officials, business leaders, and industry representatives to explore new opportunities for bilateral agricultural cooperation and regional economic development.
The delegation was led by Mr. Johnny Mo, head of a committee of RCEP (Cambodia) and Director of the Youth Development Department of the Cambodia International Chamber of Commerce (CICC-YDD). H.E. Xing Bo, Consul General of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Xi'an, attended the visit and provided guidance. Other delegation members included Eric Lee, Office Director of CICC-YDD; Heng Tola, Senior Advisor of the RCEP Cambodia Executive Committee; Heng Sokunthy, Director of Bestar Food Technology Co., Ltd.; and Sun Jiaxin, Henan Representative of the Secretariat of the Youth Development Department of the Cambodia-China Economic and Trade Promotion Association.
Representatives from Zhouzhi County, including officials from the Kiwifruit Industry Integration Development Center, Investment Promotion Service Center, Investment Promotion Bureau, and Chang'an Bank Zhouzhi Branch, participated in the discussions. Executives from Shaanxi Yuanhai Yinghua Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., together with representatives from the agriculture, energy, logistics, finance, and related industries, also attended the meeting.
During the visit, the delegation toured the China (Xi'an) International Agricultural Products Logistics Park to gain an in-depth understanding of its development strategy and operational model in agricultural warehousing, cold-chain logistics, smart supply chain systems, international trade, and integrated industrial services. Both sides held productive discussions on promoting Cambodian agricultural products in the Chinese market, developing cold-chain logistics, enhancing cross-border supply chain cooperation, and building efficient agricultural trade platforms.
At the symposium, participants agreed that the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) provides significant opportunities to deepen Cambodia–China economic cooperation. Leveraging Shaanxi's strategic role in the Belt and Road Initiative and Cambodia's position as an important ASEAN member, both sides expressed their commitment to expanding collaboration in agricultural value chains, specialty agricultural trade, modern logistics, investment, and talent exchange, achieving mutual benefit and sustainable development.
The visit further strengthened communication and cooperation among government agencies, business associations, and enterprises from both countries. It also laid a solid foundation for future practical cooperation in modern agriculture, international supply chains, and regional economic integration, injecting new momentum into Cambodia–China partnership under the RCEP framework.
