Greeting everyone,

Do you miss us? 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁

Before 2020 end, let learn something wise from great marketing/advertising people. 🤔

Unless you create a chain of interactive value and conversation between the consumer and the brand, you are NEVER going to sell anything to your customer.

So let read the keys of wisdom that would give you clues to your next marketing challenge. ✅

Alright! Let me get this straight, the best company customer retention technique comes from loyal customers, not a one-time-off buyer.

For this reason, you need to know how to create a chain-effect to get even more loyal customers.

First of all, know why your next loyal customer trusts your brand in the first place.

Wrong Answer: Company, Sale Person, Retailer...etc.

Correct Answer: Their close circle > mainly friends & family.

Only a close circle can make a perfect influencer to get people to trust their next purchases.

So, How can you make those close circles become your loyal customer?

It's so simple, yet many companies do it wrong.

>>Treat every customer right and fair, you will get them all.

You know B2B, B2C....etc. But, do you know H2H?

Yes, it's a type of marketing that uses the understanding of human emotion and awareness to create content that would touch the heart of the viewer.

Why does it matter? Why not just do direct marketing for your product?

It's matters because direct marketing won't win the consumer purchasing decision. *It only annoys them*

H2H Marketing allows your ads to be viewed in a storytelling way.

Simply, it's just like a movie that sells a product/service indirectly.

I like this but I don’t like it.

Does your business has a website yet?

If YES!!! Then you're running your business right.

If NO!!! you're in big trouble. 🥱

Since most people today use the internet to find almost everything, not having your business website will ruin your chance to market your brand.

Websites are a vital thing of the current marketing strategy. People would look up your brand online before deciding if they trust your brand enough to visit or call you directly. 🔥

Thus, having a website is essential, but it has to be a great one too. A bad UI/UX designed website would only make matter worst - by making people keen to not trusting your brand. 😔

I will bring our tech guys to come to talk about UI/UX very soon, so everyone can learn a thing or two about great UI/UX design for a website.

For Now!! Happy Discovering.

Have you ever heard about the word "Scarcity Marketing"?

I bet that not many of you have ever heard about this term. 😮

The term refers to the strategic approach in arousing the need of the consumer by making the opportunity to purchase the products/services become limited and rare. 🤔

Based on this strategy, the company will be able to trigger consumer demand for their products/services - making a huge sale. 🤑

Example: limited offers, exclusive items, countdown promotion...etc.

When you see rich people doing their rich things, do you always think they are hilarious?

Hahahahaha..... Then you must be evaluating their action based on general mindset.

In the business world, you as a business owner, who is currently trying to define your target customer, need to understand this.

Rich customer is willing to pay millions of dollar for a product that serve the same basic function due to its brand value and that extra layer of ultra-quality. Plus, they have the spending power.

General customer has only one goal when making a purchase, to fulfill their needs with the basic functions of that certain product/service.

For example, If it is a phone -

Rich customer: they need an iPhone, not just to make a call, but to get that extra brand value and priviledges of holding an iPhone.

General customer: they don't need an iPhone if their need is to only make a call.
