បច្ចុប្បន្នភាពអំពីស្ថានការណ៍នៅតាមបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ពាក់ព័ន្ធករណីយោធាថៃបន្តការបាញ់ប្រហារ ដើម្បីឈ្លានពានមកលើដែនអធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជានៅក្នុងយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ និងយោធភូមិភាគទី៥ គិតមកដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលជាថ្ងៃទី១៨ ហើយ។
ភាគីថៃនៅតែបន្តរំលោភបំពានលើបទឈប់បាញ់ និង«សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាព រវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ» ដែលភាគីកម្ពុជានិងភាគីថៃបានចុះហត្ថលេខាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
ស្ថានភាពនៃអំពើគំរាមកំហែង និងការឈ្លានពានរបស់ភាគីថៃមកលើតំបន់មួយចំនួនក្នុងដែនអធិបតេយ្យរបស់កម្ពុជា៖

- ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ១៧:០០នាទី រហូតដល់ម៉ោង ១២នាទីរំលងអាធ្រាត្រ យោធាថៃនៅបន្តបាញ់ផ្លោងកាំភ្លើងធំ និងដ្រូនបាញ់ផ្សែងពុលជាច្រើនចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ, គោល៨, ភ្នំត្រង៉ោល។
- ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ១៧:០០នាទី រហូតដល់ម៉ោង ១៩:០០នាទីល្ងាច យោធាថៃបានបាញ់ប្រហារ ដោយប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងធំ និងរថក្រោះចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទតាមាន់ និងជប់គគីរ។
- ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ១៨:០០នាទី យោធាថៃបានបន្តបាញ់កាំភ្លើងធំគ្រប់ប្រភេទចូលក្នុងភូមិសាស្រ្តគោល៨, ភ្នំត្រងោល, តាស៊ឹម, ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ និងតាថាវ រហូតដល់ម៉ោង ៩:១៥នាទីយប់។

- ម៉ោង ១២:០០នាទីរំលងអាធ្រាត្រ យោធាថៃបានបន្តបាញ់ផ្លោងពីចម្ងាយចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ។
- ម៉ោង ៥:០៥នាទី យោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើង ១២,៧ អាវុធបំពាក់លើរថក្រោះ និងរថពាសដែកវាយប្រហារមកលើទីតាំងអាគារពាណិជ្ជកម្មឯកជនរបស់ប្រជាជនស៊ីវិលមួយកន្លែងនៅភូមិសាស្ត្រអូរស្មាច់។
- ម៉ោង ៧:០០នាទី យោធាថៃបន្តបាញ់កាំភ្លើងធំចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ។
- ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ៧:១៥នាទី រហូតដល់ម៉ោង ៨:០០នាទី យោធាថៃបានវាយសន្ធប់យ៉ាងខ្លាំង ដោយបានប្រើប្រាស់កាំភ្លើងធំ និងដ្រូនអត្តឃាតនៅភូមិសាស្ត្រចាន់ក្រហម និងប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ។

- ម៉ោង ៧:១២នាទី កម្លាំងថ្មើរជើងរបស់យោធាថៃ អមដោយរថក្រោះបានព្យាយាមរុលមកខាងមុខភូមិសាស្ត្រភូមិជោគជ័យ។
ស្ថានការណ៍ជួរមុខនៅទីតាំងមួយចំនួនមានសភាពស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ ខណៈនៅតាមទីតាំងមួយចំនួនយោធាថៃនៅតែបន្តសកម្មភាពវាយប្រហារមកលើដែនអធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជានៅឡើយ ប៉ុន្តែកងកម្លាំងរបស់យើងកំពុងប្រយុទ្ធតស៊ូយ៉ាងស្វិតស្វាញជាមួយសត្រូវឈ្លានពាន និងបន្តតាមដានយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្ពស់ជានិច្ច។
ក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជា ទាមទារឱ្យយោធាថៃបញ្ឈប់ជាបន្ទាន់នូវទង្វើភូតកុហកបោកប្រាស់បំភ្លៃការពិត មិនចេះចប់មិនចេះហើយដើម្បីបិទបាំងសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានដោយប្រដាប់អាវុធរបស់ខ្លួនមកលើកម្ពុជា និងស្នើឱ្យត្រឡប់មកធ្វើកិច្ចការដែលមានវិជ្ជាជីវៈនិងមានភាពថ្លៃថ្នូរ ព្រោះគ្រប់ទង្វើទាំងអស់របស់យោធាថៃ គឺបានបង្ហាញកាន់តែច្បាស់នូវចេតនារបស់ភាគីថៃក្នុងការរំលោភ ឈ្លានពានទឹកដីកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការប្រើប្រាស់កម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ និងផែនទីឯកតោភាគីរបស់ខ្លួន ដែលមិនត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ដោយអន្តរជាតិ។ សកម្មភាពទាំងនេះ ជាទង្វើផ្ទុយទៅនឹងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងគោលការណ៍នៃធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ដែលជាការគំរាមកំហែងដ៏ធំបំផុតទៅដល់សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាពនៅក្នុងតំបន់ និងសកលលោក។
ក្នុងន័យនេះ កម្ពុជាសូមអំពាវនាវឱ្យសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ចំពោះការរំលោភ បំពានសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ និងសកម្មភាពឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម សង្គ្រាមខុសច្បាប់របស់ថៃម្តងហើយម្តងទៀតនេះ ដោយទាមទារឱ្យថៃទទួលខុសត្រូវទាំងស្រុងចំពោះការ រំលោភបំពានដ៏កំរោលនេះ។ កម្ពុជាអំពាវនាវឱ្យថៃបញ្ឈប់រាល់អរិភាពជាបន្ទាន់ ដោយដកកម្លាំងចេញពី ដែនអធិបតេយ្យរបស់កម្ពុជា និងចៀសវាងសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានដែលគំរាមកំហែងដល់សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរ ភាពនៅក្នុងតំបន់។

Updates on the situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border regarding the case of the Thai military forces continued their armed aggression on Cambodia, in the 4th and 5th Military Regions on December 24, 2025, which enters the 18th day:
The Thai side has continuously violated the ceasefire and the “Joint Declaration signed by the Prime Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand” on October 26, 2025.

- From 5:00pm until 12:00am, the Thai military continued firing artillery shells and deployed drones to spray a large amount of toxic gas into the areas of Preah Vihear temple, Koul 8 and Phnom Trangol.
- From 5:00pm until 7:00pm, the Thai military fired artillery shells accompanied with tanks into the areas of Preah Vihear temple, Tamone temple and Chob Korki.
- From 6:00pm until 9:15pm, the Thai military continued firing various types of artillery shells into the areas of Koul 8, Phnom Trangol, Ta Sim, Preah Vihear temple, and Ta Thav.
On December 24, 2025
- At 12:00am (past midnight), the Thai military continued firing artillery shells into the area of Preah Vihear temple.
- At 5:05am, the Thai military fired 12.7 mm tank- and armored vehicle-mounted guns into privately owned civilian buildings in the area of O’Smach.
- At 7:00am, the Thai military continued firing artillery into the area of Preah Vihear temple.
- At 7:15am until 8:00am, the Thai military intensified its attacks using artillery and Kamikaze drones in the areas of Preah Vihear temple and Chan Krohom.
The situation in some frontlines is calm, while in other areas, the Thai military continues to carry out its attacks on Cambodian sovereign territory. However, our forces continue to fight the aggressor fiercely and monitor the situation closely and remain highly vigilant.
2. The frontline situation at the 5th Military Region in Banteay Meanchey, Battambang and Pursat provinces: The Thai military continues its attacks to invade Cambodian sovereign territory: From 5:00pm on December 23, 2025 to 8:00am on December 24, 2025:
- From 5:00pm on December 23 to 6:00am on December 24, the Thai military continued to fire approximately 150 shells into the area of Boeung Trakoun.
- From 5:00pm on December 23 to 6:00am on December 24, the Thai military continued to fire approximately 120 shells into the area of Prey Chan village.
- From 5:00pm on December 23 to 6:00am on December 24, the Thai military continued to fire approximately 80 shells into the area of Chok Chey village.

- At 7:00am, Thai infantry forces, accompanied by armored vehicles, attempted to infiltrate the area in front of Chok Chey village.
- At 7:12am, Thai infantry forces, accompanied by tanks, attempted to infiltrate the area in front of Chok Chey village.

The Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia demands that the Thai military immediately cease its persistent campaign of disinformation and fabrications intended to mask its invasion and armed aggression against Cambodia. The Thai military must return to conduct itself with professionalism and dignity. Their recent actions unequivocally demonstrate an intent to violate Cambodian sovereignty and invade our territory through the use of armed forces and the imposition of a unilateral map with no international recognition. These actions stand in direct contradiction to international law and the fundamental principles of the United Nations Charter, posing a serious threat to peace and stability in both the region and the world.
In this sense, Cambodia calls on the international community to strongly condemn Thailand's violations of the Joint Declaration and its repeated war crimes and unlawful activities, as well as to demand that Thailand must take full responsibility for such brazen violations. Cambodia urges that Thailand immediately stop all hostile activities and withdraw its forces from Cambodia's territorial integrity, and avoid acts of incursion and aggression that threaten peace and stability in the region as a whole.
Cambodia reaffirms its firm commitment to respect and strictly abide by the terms of the ceasefire and the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand, acting with the utmost goodwill and responsibility. Cambodia is resolutely committed to the peaceful settlement of disputes in accordance with international law, as well as all existing treaties, conventions, and agreements, with the objective of finding a just, equitable, and lasting resolution. Consequently, Cambodia further expresses its earnest hope that the Thai side will equally respect and adhere to the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement, which was initiated by President Donald Trump and formally signed on October 26, 2025.
