នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៩១ ជាងគំនូរខេមរនគរបានចាប់កំណើតជាឡើងជាផ្លូវការនៅក្រោមឈ្មោះថា ជាងគំនូរខេមរអង្គរ ដោយលោក យិន សៀង និង លោក យិន សំ ជាបងប្អូនបង្កើត បន្ទាប់ពីបានប្រកបមុខរបរជាជាងគំនូរបុរាណ ដែលគូរគំនូរព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា នៅតាមវត្តអារាមមួយចំនួនចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៨២ នៅក្នុងខេត្តសៀមរាប ។ ជាងគំនូរខេមរអង្គរជារោងសិប្បកម្មវិចិត្រសិល្បៈខ្នាតតូច ទទូលគូរគំនូរពិពណ៍ និងតាំងលម្អរ គំនូររូបថត គំនូរផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងធ្វើស្លាកយីហោ ផ្សេងៗជាច្រើនប្រភេទ ។

ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៩១មក ជាងគំនូរខេមរអង្គរបានប្រកបមុខរបរអាជីវកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនដោយពឹងផ្អែកទាំងស្រុងលើកម្លាំងកាយ និងប្រាជ្ញាស្ថាបនិកទាំងពីរ និងមានជួយជ្រោមជ្រែងផ្នែកកម្លាំងពលកម្មខ្លះៗពីបងប្អូងនសាច់ញាតិ ។ ដោយពុំទាន់មានទុន និងថវិការគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ទីតាំង និងការិយាល័យបានជួលគេទាំងស្រុង ហើយបានផ្លាស់ប្តូររហូតដល់ទៅបួនកន្លែង ។ ក្រៅពីស្ថាបនិកទាំងពីរ នៅពុំទាន់មានបុគ្គលិកជាក់លាក់ផ្សេងទៀតមកបម្រើការងារទេ ប៉ុន្តែមានត្រឹមតែតែជាកូនជាងដែលមកម្រើការក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកហាត់រៀនគូរគំនូរដោយពុំបាច់បង់ និងពុំបានទទួលប្រាក់ឈ្នួលនោះទេ ។

ដោយសារគុណភាព និងសោភ័ណ្ឌភាព ជាងគំនូរខេមរៈអង្គរបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយកេរិរ៍ឈ្មោះរបស់ខ្លួន ល្បីរន្ទឺទូទាំងខេត្ត និងឈានមុខដាច់ឆ្ងាយពីរោងជាងគំនូរបីបួនផ្សេងៗទៀតដែលមាននៅក្នុងខេត្ត ។ អតិថិជនបានរត់មករកជាវសេវាកម្ម និងផលិតកម្មដល់កន្លែង។ ប្រាក់កម្រៃ និងផលចំណេញក៏ទទួលបានសមគួរ ។ ប៉ុន្តែរប្រាក់ទាំងនោះក្រៅពីការចំណាយចាំបាច់សម្រាប់ទ្រទ្រង់ជីវភាពគ្រួសារ ភាគច្រើនត្រូវបានចំណាយសម្រាប់ទិញឧបករណ៍ និងសម្ភារៈ និងឈ្នួលផ្ទះ។ ការរៀបចំរបៀបរបបគ្រប់គ្រងដែលមានក្បួនខ្នាតត្រឹមត្រូវ នៅពុំទាន់មាននៅឡើយនោះទេ វានៅត្រឹមតែជាដំណើរការដូចជារបៀបរកស៊ីតាមគ្រួសារតូចៗធម្មតាតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ។

ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ២០០០មក ជាងគំនូរខេមរៈអង្គរចាប់ផ្ដើម ប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ទាន់សម័យ និងទំនើបៗ និងប្រើប្រាស់កម្លាំងពលកម្មកូនជាងច្រើនជាងមុន ។ កូនជាងក្រៅពីមានឈ្មោះថាបានហាត់រៀនគូរគំនូរ ថែមទាំងបានទទួលប្រាក់ឈ្នួលសម្រាប់ជាង លើកទឹកចិត្តបន្ថែមទៀត សម្រាប់ការបំពេញការងាររបស់ខ្លួន។

នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០០៣ ដោយសារតែមូលហេតុមានអាជីវកម្មមួយកន្លែងទៀតនៅក្នុងខេត្តសៀមរាប ដែលប្រកបមុខរបរដទៃទៀតបានលួចប្រើប្រាស់ឈ្នោះ “ខេមរៈអង្គរ” ដែរនោះ ។ ជាងគំនូរខេមរៈអង្គរ បានផ្លាស់ប្តូរឈ្នោះមកជា “ខេមរនគរ” ដែលមានងារពេញថាជា ហាងធ្វើស្លាកយីហោ ខេមរនគរ និងមានឈ្មោះផ្លូវការនៅក្នុងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មថា ហាងគំនូរខេមរនគរ ចុះបញ្ជីក្រោមលេខ 50002132 និងទទួលស្គាល់ជាសហគ្រាសឯកបុគ្គល ។

នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០០៦ ហាងគំនូរខេមរនគរបានស្ថាបនា រោងសិប្បកម្ម និង ការិយាល័យថ្មីរបស់ខ្លួនមួយកន្លែងទៀតនៅផ្សារក្រោមដែលជាដីផ្ទះគ្រួសាររបស់ខ្លូន ។ ហាងគំនូរខេមរនគរក្នុងពេលនោះដែរ កំពុងរៀបចំសហគ្រាសរបស់ខ្លួនអោយទៅជាសហគ្រាសពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលបានក្បួនខ្នាតត្រឹមត្រូវ ។

បច្ចុប្បន្ន ហាងគំនូរខេមរនគរ បានបំពាក់ម៉ាស៊ីនព្រីនផ្ទាំងផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្មខ្នាតធំ ពីរ និងប្រតិបត្តការរចនាតាមប្រព័ន្ធកុំព្យូទ័រ និងបោះបង់ចោលការគូរគំនូរដោយដៃ ដោយមូលហេតុចំណេញពេលវេលា និងរកប្រាក់ចំណូលបានច្រើនជាងមុន ។

In 1991, the painters of Khemarak Nokor were officially born under the name of Khemarak Angkor painter by Yin Seang and Yin Sam, this two brothers after having practiced ancient painting who painted Buddha drawing in some temples since 1982 in Siem Reap.

Khemarak Angkor Painter was a small artistic handicraft shop that specializes in painting, photographs paintings, advertisements painting and various kinds of trades. All are done by using oil painting, painted on canvas or metal sheet.

Since 1991, Khemarak Angkor painters have been able to do their business based entirely on the strength and wisdom of the two founders and some of the workforce from their relatives. Without adequate capital and funding, the location and the office were completely rented and moved up to four places. Besides the founders, there are no other specific staff members yet, but only trainees who came to work as painters without getting paid but expected to earn the knowledge and techniques in painting.

Due to the quality and beauty of Khemarak Angkor's Art, it has spread its reputation throughout the province then many other painters in the province. Customers have come to purchase the services at the very production workshop. Earnings and benefits are also earned and were used to support most of the family's expense and even were spent on equipment and tools

Proper management of the legal system were not even exist just yet, but they managed to monitor the business as simple as a family business.

Started in 2000, Khemarak Angkor artists have begun to employ more staff. This meant from staff who were just apprentices to become apart of official employment. Their art even got paid and this were lead to more encouragement from customer in town back then.

In 2003, because of another business in Siem Reap had secretly stole the name "Khemarak Angkor". Khemarak Angkor was forcely renowned as "Khemaran Nokor", a full-fledged brand name to Khemara Nokor and was officially registered in the Ministry of Commerce. Khemara Nokor were registered under commercial document number 50002132 and had been recognized as an Individuals private enterprise.

In 2006, Khemarak Nokor Painting Shop built a new workshop with a new office in Phsar Krom area which they had been using the family home for their own business. The Khemara Nokor was at that same time was organizing its enterprise into a well-organized business enterprise.

At the present time, Khemara Nokor has changes into an advertising and printing shop features two large banner printers, a computerized design as well as other sophisticated machinery. Their hand-painted job is now stopped for a long time due the reason of slow earning.
