Day 3 ā MEDIA SHOW
The 1st official event of Manhunt International 2012 took place in Bangkok Mediplex today. Mister Thailand was the most applauded delegate for obvious reasons but you also canāt deny the fact that he quite packs a punch. Eye on the delegates from Mexico (possibly the best stage presence), USA, Colombia and Greece! They are phenomenal! Although the group of contestants is not complete, photographers of the media (as well as television cameras) have been focusing on a certain group of delegates particularly from Asia. Contestants from Mongolia, Indonesia and Singapore are the most talked about so far.
Some favorites start to emerge among press photographers, journalists, and other people following the pageant. This yearās batch is highly competitive and one wouldn't easily figure out whoās going to emerge victorious in the end.
ā¢ Mister Philippines, June Macasaet for instance was requested for interview by a Thai TV network during the press conference. He boasts perfect physique which is not too muscular and has that "hunk" appeal which is Manhunt Internationalās trademark ever since.
ā¢ Mister Australia, Lee Stramkowski has an amazing body -this is really one of the best bodies in the pageant business I have seen, he is certainly going to cut it in the fitness competition, but heās surely one of the standouts of this competition.
ā¢ Mister India, Arry Dabas is a ācomplete packageā that can light up the room with his very sweet smile!
ā¢ The āfaceā of the competition, Mister Bosnia & Herzegovina, Tarik Å ubara brings some boyish aura which easily charms jurors that are looking for more of a younger, boyish delegate; unfortunately I presume these few judges will be a minority on the panel.
ā¢ Brazil sent some of its best men in the recent years to the male pageants, this yearās Mister Brazil, MĆ”rcio Lusardo is yet another good choice, he needs to up his game more but freshness combined with sexy, very international look puts him on the forefront. Very strong contender!
ā¢ Mister Germany Cedric Pickās popularity sky rocked after the press presentation. He's probably the most fascinating, and one of the buffest delegates competing. A shoo-in for a Top 5 spot!
The black delegate who should be on the top of the hill is Mister Bahamas, Drew Palacious! He never ceases to amaze onlookers, a sure bet for a top 15 spot!
ā¢ We finally met the reigning Manhunt International 2011 from China, Chen Jian Feng who won in Korea last year. Those in the internet who were surprised of his win, certainly have not met him. He is actually very handsome in person, flawless and thereās a certain coolness about Chen Jiang that would easily make you like him.
