Nexus International Contents is a post-production and distribution company based in Seoul, South Korea. We have worked with the likes of various platforms such as Viki Rakuten, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, etc. and we are currently looking for project managers (PM) for the following language pairs: [ means both ways]

Mandarin,Cantonese, English

Job description:
- To carry on vendor research and vendor communication in the target language and English.
' - To effectively keep communication with freelancers for the specific project and language.
- To effectively keep in touch with the Korea HQ regarding updates on vendor communication and freelancers work
- To manage and oversee deliveries to and from freelancers/vendors
- (If required only) To proofread from source language to target language and vice versa to ensure top quality

The PM is to be working with us on a series of big, language specific projects for a global media client who delivers content to millions of homes on a daily basis.
Hence, this will be a great opportunity to gain professional experience in the fast-pacing and exciting field of media localization and distribution and to hone your management and translation skills.

Job description:
- To translate subtitle content from English to target languages
- To proofread for quality control to match required standards

Knowledge of subtitle creation and editing and experience in working with media contents will be a great plus!

This job offers a great opportunity to work for one of the biggest content providers in the world. We request commitment and availability to work on multiple projects on tight turnaround deadlines. There will be a dose of scheduling flexibility depending on the projects. We are looking for freelancers who are ready to commit long-term as the projects will be in full swing for about a couple of months.
