1884 - Angelo Moriondo developed a coffee machine and presented his invention in Turin. He wanted to satisfy ever-urgent clients in his bar. The drink prepared in such a machine is called "espresso". Espresso means "pressed" in Italian.

It is believed that the recipe was born in Austria: at the end of the 19th or the beginning of the 20th century. It so happened that in one of the coffee shops in the capital, they ran out of cream, and the visitor was served Viennese coffee with ice cream. The guest liked the drink so much that since then he ordered only such coffee.

The history of the emergence of latte takes us to Italy, in the 40s of the last century.
