Why can't you be jealous?
The feeling of envy causes negative emotions and this harms the nervous system, and indeed the whole body. Experiences cause spasms, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, disruption of the digestive system.
Envy destroys the human psyche, takes him away from reality.
Instead of living his own life, taking care of his well-being, the envious person spends his nerves and strength on meaningless calculations of other people's money, cars, cottages, or drowns in his bile from someone else's success and beauty.
The danger of envy also lies in the fact that for some people their “mental experiences” turn into quite physical actions: gossip, slander, petty dirty tricks.
How to get rid of envy?
Most importantly, stop comparing your life to other people's lives. It's a completely useless thing. You are you, and your life is what you have built yourself. Who is to blame for the fact that your life seems unsuccessful to you personally? Can you use your strength to correct some mistakes, to study, to find a new job, to equip your home, to additional activities with children, to take care of your appearance?
Rejoice in what you have today, say to yourself: "I have everything." Then any acquisition that you make later will be perceived as given in excess of what you need.
Know how to be a happy and contented person. You can make your home warm and cozy, even without large material costs.
Think of a person who is envied: how did he achieve all this? If you figure it out and understand that a person studied, worked without holidays and days off, or didn’t start a family, but he has a good car, beautiful clothes and a vacation on the ocean coast ... Did the object of envy get his success and well-being in such an easy way?
Do you agree to exchange your orderly life for the life of someone who makes you feel irritated?
If yes, then just change your life!
