BRANDING THE ULTIMATE FITNESS CENTER (UFC)

UFC (Ultimate Fitness Center) is a sports center in Mount Lebanon that comprises a gym, a martial arts section, an aerobics and Zumba area, a cafeteria, and other health facilities.

HCC was requested to brand the all-new UFC center and design their launch campaign. We wanted to excite people about the new gym in town, so we came up with the Fire-up campaign and branding.

CHO Q&A CARDS DECK

For one of their conferences, The CHO team asked us to design a long document that contains a series of 52 questions and answers. This Q&A document needed to be distributed to all attendees.

The number 52 inspired us to transform a bland document into an original cards deck, a practical and memorable item that can amuse the attendees!

CHO (Certificat Hypothécaire Obegi) is a national project that OBEGI Group is implementing across Lebanon and other developing countries.

A SELECTION FROM OUR WORK:
CHO POCKET BOOKLET DESIGN

The CHO team requested a press kit that holds a USB card, displays basic info about the CHO project, yet can easily fit into a pocket.

After a lot of thinking and brainstorming, we came up with the CHO Pocket Booklet which is shaped exactly like the CHO logo and which unfolds to display infographics and simple technical content (The technical content was summarized into a small easy text to make it as brief and clear as possible). When the booklet is folded, it finally locks using 2 magnetic pieces revealing the complete CHO Logo.

Em’ Fares is a high end authentic Lebanese restaurant in Mount Lebanon. The logo of Em Fares was created using Arabic calligraphy and embeds the shape of a spatula approaching the bottom of a bowl. The logo aims to reflect the restaurant's authenticity while provoking a sense of luxury and sophistication.

LET’S LEARN ABOUT THE COLOR SHADES

Shading is achieved by adding black to any color or hue, thus creating a different shade of the original color. For example, adding a small amount of black to blue could create a navy or oxford blue, while adding black to red could transform the color to burgundy.

Shaded colors help brands achieve bold and classy personalities. In photography, it adds mystery to images and movies. In interior design, shading brings a mood of elegance and luxury. In fashion design, shading is mostly used for fall and winter collections to add warmth and elegance.
