There’s something strange about promoting yourself when people who know you are watching.

A stranger sees your content and only sees what you put in front of them.

Someone who knows you already has an idea of who you are.

So when you start talking about your business, sharing your opinions, filming yourself, or putting your face everywhere…

It can feel like you’re suddenly asking people to see you differently.

Some people will support you.

Some won’t care.

Some might find it weird.

Some might never engage but still watch everything.

And that’s fine.

You’re not creating content for everyone who knows you.

You’re creating it for the people who need to find you.

The hardest part isn’t posting.

It’s getting comfortable being seen trying.

The coach who hurts you most isn't the one who quits in a bad moment. It's the one who leaves slowly, on purpose, with a piece of your gym already in their pocket.

Most owners don't see it until the notice lands. By then it's done.

The three signs inside are what it looks like while there's still time to act.

Comment "TEAM" for the staffing checklist.

A member asks if you've got a cheaper option. It's a small question, but how you answer it shapes your pricing for years.

Two things owners do wrong here.

Building a budget tier. The moment a cheaper plan exists, your existing members find it. You won't add new people at the lower price. You'll move the ones already paying full down to it, and lose the difference on every one.

Knocking money off on the spot to keep them. Now you've taught that member, and eventually the others, that asking gets a discount. You just made your price a starting point instead of the price.

Here's what to do instead.

1️⃣ Find out what's really behind the question. "Is money tight right now, or is it that you're not sure you're getting enough out of it?" Those are two completely different problems and they need different answers.

2️⃣ If it's money, offer less, not cheaper. Fewer sessions a week at a fair price keeps the value of your full offer intact. You're giving them a smaller portion, not a discount on the whole thing.

3️⃣ If it's value, look at what changed. Are they still progressing? Does their coach know their current goal? People who are getting results rarely go hunting for a cheaper plan.

A cheaper option feels like keeping the member. Most of the time it just lowers what everyone pays you.

Comment "MARGIN" and I'll send you my pricing calculator.
