Nanor Der Boghossian is a Beirut-based graphic and web designer born and raised in Lebanon. She has a wild style, with a non-conformist, skilfully mixing genres, colors, and media to achieve a new and unique expression. Der Boghossian holds a Master’s degree in visual communication and multimedia design from the School of Fine Arts at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts (ALBA). She works in various

creative fields, including Art Direction, Brand Identity, Visual Communication, Exhibitions Design, and Editorial Design. Between 2009 and 2015, she was the Editorial Designer at Art Lounge Beirut & Artheum, creating events such as Beirut Art Book Fair, Beirut Bloom, Beirut Fashion, and Beirut Photo Fair, Beirut Furniture Expo, Jewellery Design Week, and Dubai Photo Expo. In 2009, she was commissioned by Art Lounge Beirut to design the book “Beirut Street Art Vol. I” and collaborate with local graffiti artists in sponsorship with the advertising agency Pikasso Lawhat. In 2012, following the success of that book, she designed the second volume in the series. In 2011, she collaborated with Gallery Laboratoir d’Art to design the full festival of “ Cabriolet Film Festival” 3rd edition with promotional ads and collaboration with London Taxi. From 2013 to 2019, she was a full-time graphic designer in Khatib el Alami for Urban Planning Design Department, where she worked on various projects for different countries. In 2019, She was assigned as a Visual Communication Designer for Armenian Art Experience Switzerland (AAES) 1rst Edition in Aarau - Switzerland. In June 2021, she has been the Lead Visual Communication Designer for the project “Lebanese Yawmiyat (diaries); Archiving spatial violence of detachment, entrapment, and creative strategies” – in collaboration with the University of Exeter- Exeter “Imagining Futures” through Un/Archived Pasts – UK, England. Sept.2023-July 2024 "The Roof of the City": Issued by The project is led by with funding from the Lebanon Financing Facility (LFF) administered by the The Cultural and Creative Industries component is implemented by .beirut. Maral & Nanor are among the 92 awardees of the CCI (Batch 1 Grant), Duo exhibition they are now gearing up for an exhibition to display their artistic masterpieces!

“Mare Nostrum” is the inaugural mural of Urban Blooms. It was done by Marie Joe Ayoub. It came to life starting with 2 workshops and was completed with the integration of community students’ brushtrokes on its lower part in collaboration with BeMA.
