Bookstop was appointed in 1999 as HP partner, it became the first Key player in Lebanon in the implementation and integration of HP large format printers and high end products. We started diversifying our portfolio to distribute all Kind of products that a PSP (Print Service Provider) might need. We represent today most of the major brands in that industry along with HP, such as Mutoh, GCC, Contex, Saw grass, Royal Sovereign, EBA, brother embroidery solution, Onyx RIP etc...

Such a portfolio joined with a history of printing experience for more than 20 years positioned Bookstop as a reference in the digital printing industry.

We are looking for a mobilized young dynamic IT engineer with 2-3 years’ experience, to be preferably from Maten area

Your mission
• Level 1,2,3 support
• Be responsible to maintain and operate company’s environment
• IT Support for our two branches in Jounieh and Furn el Chebak
• IT Support for our clients
• Fixing laptops, computers,
• Configuring and installing different devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, printers)

What you need to know
• Knowledge and experience in supporting various Microsoft Server technologies (e.g. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Fileserver, etc.)
• Implement and support Microsoft Operating Systems and Office 365
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and to keep information confidential
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player
• Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken
• Ability to deliver under pressure and deadlines
You will get extra points for the following
• Exchange Server
• HP MFPs
Job Location is at Jounieh, This job will be in office and at customers’ sites, mostly at Beirut, Maten and Keserwan area. Person should own a car, better to have it with low fuel consumption
