يجوز لكل ذي مصلحة التظلم خطياً لدى الدائرة من القرارات أو الإجراءات أو التدابير المتخذة بحقه وفقاً لأحكام المرسوم والقرارات الصادرة بموجبه خلال (30) يوماً من تاريخ إخطاره بالقرار أو الإجراء أو التدبير المتظلم منه، ويتم البت في هذا التظلم خلال (30) يوماً من تاريخ تقديمه، ويكون القرار الصادر في هذا التظلم نهائياً
Any interested party may submit a written grievance to the Department against the decisions, actions or measures taken against him in accordance with the provisions of the decree and the decisions issued pursuant thereto within (30) days from the date of his notification of the decision, action or measure he is complaining about, and this grievance will be decided within (30) days from the date Submit it, and the decision issued in this grievance will be final
