🎵 සංගීතයේ සැබෑ අයිතිය කාටද? ඒ සම්බන්ධ මුදල් ගෙවීම් සිදු කළ යුත්තේ කාටද?
ශ්රී ලංකාවේ (Sri Lanka) සංගීත අයිතිවාසිකම්, කර්තෘභාග සහ බලපත්රකරණය සම්බන්ධ නීතිරීති ශීඝ්රයෙන් වෙනස් වෙමින් පවතින වාතාවරණයක, ඒ පිළිබඳ බොහෝ පාර්ශ්වයන් අතර විවාදය බොහෝ සෙයින් උත්සන්න වෙමින් පවතී.
ගීතයක් යනු අපට කනට ඇසෙන ශබ්දයකට වඩා වැඩි යමක් වේ.
සෑම ගීතයක් පිටුපසම කතුවරුන්, තනු නිර්මාපකයින්, ප්රාසාංගික ශිල්පීන්, ප්රකාශකයින්, නිෂ්පාදකයින් සහ අයිතිය දරන්නන් සිටින අතර, එම සංගීතය විවාහ මංගල්යයක, ප්රසංගයක, හෝටලයක, ඩීජේ (DJ) උත්සවයක, ආයතනික උත්සවයක, ව්යාපාරික පරිශ්රයක හෝ වෙනත් පොදු ස්ථානයක වාදනය කළ විට, සැළකිය යුතු නෛතික ගැටලු (legal questions) කිහිපයක් ඉන් පැන නගී:
- සංගීතය සම්බන්ධ අයිතීන් හිමි කාටද?
- වෙනත් පාර්ශ්වයන් වෙත එම අයිතිවාසිකම් පැවරීම කළ හැකිද? එසේ නම්, ඒ කෙසේද?

- බුද්ධිමය දේපළ සම්බන්ධ නීතිරීති සහ පොදු ප්රතිපත්තීන් පැනවීමත්, බලාත්මක කිරීමත් නෛතිකිව කළ හැක්කේ කාටද? ඒ කෙසේද?
- අලුත් ප්රතිපත්තීන් වල නිසි ආකාරයෙන්ම වෙනස් වී ඇත්තේ කුමක්ද?
- තවද ශ්රී ලංකාවේ සංගීත කර්මාන්තයේ අනාගතය සඳහා ඉන් හැඟවෙන්නේ කුමක්ද?
