📋 Key Responsibilities Include:

Handling inquiries from initial contact through to successful booking conversions.

Communicating effectively in written and verbal English.

Coordinating with local hoteliers, transport providers, and tour guides.

Managing hotel reservations, transport arrangements, and itineraries.

Navigating MS Excel, MS Outlook, and learning internal CRM/reservation platforms.

📍 Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound tour operations or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of travel distances and routing logic.
