Artificial Intelligence is changing the way organisations work.

But the next competitive advantage won't come from AI alone.

It will come from Leadership Intelligence.

To me, Leadership Intelligence is the ability to combine technology with the qualities that make leaders truly effective—judgement, ethics, empathy, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire people.

Technology can provide answers.

Leadership determines which answers create value.

As AI becomes more capable, these human capabilities will become even more important.

This is a concept I introduce in my latest feature article, where I explore why the future belongs to leaders who can work with AI, not compete against it.

AI can analyse data, automate processes, and generate insights in seconds. But leadership is about far more than information. It is about judgement, ethics, vision, and the ability to inspire people through change.

The leaders who thrive in the AI era won't be those who compete with technology—they'll be those who learn to lead alongside it.
