TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer Code and Submission Date: Upon receiving a client's request, we issue a customer code and provide a submission date and time. Clients must wait until the given time for their work to be completed. We do not offer expedited services for an additional fee, as we respect all our clients equally. Advance Payment: Client required to pay 60% of the total sum at the initial stage to start the process. This policy helps avoid unnecessary delays caused by non-serious inquiries. The remaining 40% is due upon completion of the work before the final document is delivered. Watermarked Documents: During the advance period, only watermarked documents will be issued. The original document will be released upon full payment confirmation. Clients must send payment confirmation to receive the final document. Document Format: Personal profiles will be delivered in PDF/JPEG format only. We use multiple graphic software to enhance the quality and appearance of profile. Clients can request changes to their profile at within three months (03 free edits available) from the final payment date via our page, email, or WhatsApp. - This is only for resume creation. For other designing works there is no free edits, you have request as a new order/ you have to contact one of our member. Document Safety: We ensure the safety and confidentiality of your documents. They will not be shared without your permission. Design Changes: Clients cannot change the design/concept midway through the process. Additional work will be charged according to the client’s new requirements. Pricing: Prices and package rates may change based on customer requirements and needs. Bulk orders are eligible for discounts. Brand Protection: We operate only one official page. Unauthorized use of our name on other pages will be treated as forgery and prosecuted. All rights are reserved under copyright law. Refund Policy: If clients are not satisfied with our work/design, they can request a refund of the advance payment, provided they have a valid reason. Special Benefits: Regular and special clients are eligible for unique benefits. These clients are selected based on work duration, satisfaction, and customer codes.
