Back in 2011, Thilini and Nimesh had an emerging thought of starting something new, something that they like the most. This is where they decided to be Freelancers and that was the beginning of everything, including Best Workers. But, they were
rookies and Had no experience in Freelancing. Yet, they were dying to see their names on the internet. How weird is that? :P
A Place to Start? As both Nimesh and Thilini were rookies, they struggled to find a place to showcase their skills. This is where, one of their friends came up with the idea to start freelancing on oDesk. Without a second thought, they decided to move up with oDesk. After many ups and Downs, they could successfully place their names in a demandable place on oDesk within a short period. All these times, their desire was to start something of their own, something truly exceptional. After a several successfully executed projects on oDesk, Thilini took the responsibility of starting an Agency on oDesk. This was the initial step in the path of achieving their desired goal. As a result of many hardships, Thilini fruitfully started Best Workers Agency at their first major milestone. Is “Best Workers”, truly the Best? Thilini knew that the starting and continuation are two distinct things. Thus, continuation is completely a something that relying on the human factor. Before moving further, both Thilini and Nimesh strove in search of excellent skills . After several attempts, they were able to find outstanding local talents. Still, they wanted to make sure that they are recruiting and selecting the right work force at the right time for the Best Workers. After working with oDesk for a couple of years, they had a good grasp in doing business in the virtual world. And they knew that the skills aren’t the only thing that you need to have when you do things virtually. So, they started monitoring their shortlisted candidates not just for the Skills, but for Ethics, Work quality, Honesty, Reliability and many other etiquette’s that comes in handy when doing things in the virtual world. This is how they managed to find the Best among the Best. After several monitoring steps, they selected the people, who were truly the Best in their fields. What we offer? Thilini and Nimesh both were doing their higher studies, by the time they started Best Workers. Thilini was doing her B.Sc. in Information Technology and Nimesh was doing his B. Sc in Agriculture and Business Management. They were an awesome blend of skills and expertise.
