Lead efficiency and performance across our Finished Goods Unit at Savinda Graphics Systems Pvt Ltd.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▪ Plan, monitor, and improve operational efficiency within the Finished Goods Unit
▪ Conduct work studies, time studies, and process analysis to identify productivity improvements
▪ Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
▪ Analyze manpower utilization and optimize workflow arrangements
▪ Coordinate with production, packing, logistics, and warehouse teams
▪ Monitor KPIs — productivity, wastage, efficiency, and labor performance
▪ Prepare management reports and actionable recommendations
▪ Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and operational policies
▪ Lead and motivate teams to achieve departmental targets and operational excellence
REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▪ Degree or professional qualification in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
▪ Minimum 3–5 years in work study, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
▪ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement techniques
▪ Excellent communication and leadership skills
▪ Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems
Experience in the manufacturing or printing industry will be an added advantage.
