The Sri Lanka College of Pulmonologists is pleased to announce a special World Asthma Day Symposium to be held on Thursday, 16th May 2025, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Clinmark Auditorium, National Hospital of Sri Lanka.

This event aims to bring together specialists, trainees, and healthcare professionals to share knowledge, discuss recent advances, and strengthen our collective efforts in managing and controlling asthma in Sri Lanka.

ඇතිවෙන්නේ මෙහෙමයි

Asthma Triggers

Wheezing නැතිනම් හතිය ඇදුම රෝගය මගින් මෙන්ම ඇදුම නොවන රෝගී තත්වයන් මගින් සිදුවිය හැකියි.
කුඩා දරුවන්ගේ මෙම තත්වය ඇතිවීමට හේතුව ඒ සදහා නිපුනතාවක් ඇති වෛද්‍යවරයෙකු මගින් පරීක්ෂා කිරීම වැදගත්.
ඇදුමට සමාන රෝගීතත්වයන් දරුවන් තුල ඇතිවීමේදී එය ආසාදන හා සම්බන්ධ තත්වයන් මගින් මෙන්ම ආසාදනයන් නොවන වාතයේ පවතින අසාත්මකාරක Aero-allegen මගින් ඇතිවීමට පුලුවන්.
ආසාදනයන් ව්ශේෂයෙන් ශ්වසන වෛරස ප්‍රමුඛ ස්ථානයක් ගන්නවා. ආසාදනයන් නොවන වාතයේ අසාත්මකාරක ව්ව්ධ වර්ගයේ ඒවා පවතිනවා.
House Dust Mite නැතිනම් ඇද මෙට්ට දූව්ල්ල ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ප්‍රමුඛතම අසාත්මකාරකය ලෙස ඇදුම පීනස ඇතිවීමට බලපානවා.
මීට අමතරව පරාග Pollen, දිලීර බීජානු Fungal spores and molds, මීමන බීජානු Ferns වැදගත් වෙනවා.
සමහර දරුවන් ලී කුඩු Saw dust, කඩදාසි දූව්ල්ල Paper dust ගොඩනැගිලි දූව්ල්ල Construction dust වලට අසාත්මිකතාවයක් තිබෙනවා.
ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ තරමක් දුලබ වුවත් කෘමියන් ගේ කොටස්, බලලුන්ගේ කෙල cat saliva, සතුන්ගේ කෙල, සතුන්ගේ කොරපොතු animal dander මගින් ඇතිවන ඇදුම පීනස ලෝකයේ වෙනත් ප්‍රදේශවලින් වාර්තාවෙනවා.
දුම (දරදුම්, සිගරැට් දුම්, ඩීසල් දුම්, කර්මාන්ත දුම් , හදුන්කූරු දුම්, මදුරු දගර දුම) දරුවන්ගේ ඇදුම රෝගය මෙන්ම ශ්වසන අපහසුතාවන් වැඩිකිරීමට හේතුවෙනවා.
House Dust Mite නැතිනම් ඇදමෙට්ට දූව්ල්ල පිලිබදව ඉදිරිසටහනක් ලගදීම එකතු කරන්නම්.
