Dear Me,
I know you’ve been carrying more than you show. There are days when you smile easily, and there are days when even getting through the day feels heavy. Still, you continue. That matters more than you realize.
Thank you for not giving up on yourself, even during moments of doubt. Thank you for surviving the things you never thought you could handle. You’ve grown quietly, painfully, beautifully — and even if progress feels slow, it is still progress.
I hope you remember that you are allowed to rest without feeling guilty. You are allowed to outgrow people, habits, and places that no longer bring peace to your life. You do not have to prove your worth by exhausting yourself.
There will be seasons where things make sense, and seasons where everything feels uncertain. In both, trust yourself. You have already overcome so much before. You will do it again.
Please be kinder to yourself when you make mistakes. You are human, not a machine built to be perfect. The version of you who is trying, learning, healing, and continuing is already enough.
One day, the things you’re praying for now may become part of your normal life. One day, you’ll look back and realize that the hard moments shaped your strength, your softness, and your courage.
Until then, keep going gently.
Take care of your heart.
Protect your peace.
Celebrate small wins.
And never forget that you deserve love — especially from yourself.
