Deesire Moore is a visionary social impact leader and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Deesire Moore Grace Foundation (DMGF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, youth, and underserved communities through education, healthcare, human rights advocacy, skills development, and community growth.
Driven by a strong commitment to purpose, professionalism, and accountability, Deesire Moore has positioned DMGF as a catalyst for sustainable development in Liberia, with strategic expansion plans underway for Nigeria and Ghana. Under her leadership, the foundation delivers transformative initiatives that create long-term opportunities and measurable impact.
In 2023, Deesire Moore led DMGF’s first major initiative, the Project of 20 Female Students Technical Completion, a landmark program focused on equipping young women with practical technical skills to enhance employability, independence, and economic empowerment. This project set the foundation for DMGF’s ongoing mission to close gender gaps in skills development and workforce participation.
Beyond this flagship project, Deesire Moore has overseen impactful programs including women’s grants, digital marketing and financial literacy training, peace-building and advocacy dialogues, health awareness campaigns, and community-centered outreach initiatives.
Through strategic partnerships, including collaboration with YIL-NETWORK, she continues to expand the foundation’s reach and strengthen its impact across multiple sectors.
