Weather-related disasters have displaced at least 43 million children (about twice the population of New York State) over the last six years and destroyed critical infrastructure, crops and contaminated or disrupted water supplies. Are you passionate about community development and financial empowerment? PGC Academy Association is seeking motivated 75 Community Finance Officers to join our team!

Role Overview:

As a Community Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and administering our centralised savings, lending, and premium data administration services to cooperatives, Village Savings & Lending Associations, and burial stockvels in local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell our financial services to community groups
Recruit new members to the association
Forge collaborations with like-minded community organisations
Administer your own loan portfolio

Compensation:

20% commission on monthly subscriptions
20% commission on interest charged for the entire loan period
