KOPANO KE MATLA JOINT VENTURE
Kopano Ke Matla Joint Venture (KKMJV), is a joint venture comprising Yellow River Co. Ltd., Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co. Ltd., and Unik Civil Engineering Pty Ltd. KKMJV has been appointed by the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) to construct the 38KM water transfer tunnel connecting Polihali Dam to the Katse Reservoir as part of the Phase II of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP II). KKMJV invites applications from qualified South African nationals & Basotho nationals for the following positions:

โข Bachelor's degree or above, major in Civil Engineering. Project Management
โข More than 5 years of on-site contract management experience in engineering projects with proficient application of FIDIC contract, Rich practical experience in FIDIC-based project variation verification, claim data sorting. claim document compilation and negotiation support.

๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:
โข Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Counselling Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or a related field from a recognised institution
โข Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience practising as a counsellor, psychologist, or employee wellness professional.
โข Experience in providing counselling. psychological support, trauma counselling. employee wellness services, and workplace-related psychosocial interventions would be advantageous.
