One of our recent projects started with a simple observation.
A coach was spending a significant amount of time every week on payment follow-ups. Sending reminders, tracking who had paid, chasing overdue sessions. All of it manual. None of it billable.
We designed an end-to-end payment workflow to take that off his plate entirely.
When a session ends, his client automatically receives a payment link for the correct amount. If payment is not completed, reminders go out at set intervals. Invoices are generated and logged without any manual input. If an account becomes significantly overdue, he receives a notification so he can step in.
At year end, everything is already documented and ready for his accountant.
The goal was straightforward: he should be able to run his coaching practice without payment administration becoming a recurring distraction.
