Our values manifest in different ways. When I am thinking about serving our clients, I understand that company sizes have a huge difference. Smaller businesses that are just setting up their digital efforts benefit from having us as involved advisors, and the impact we create is very personal to them. While working with the leading brands in the industry means adapting to their ways of doing business. It can be simple things, like understanding the unspoken tension between development sprints and marketing cycles. It is great to have grand ideas about “the user perspective” and how we have to adapt to it, but it is hard to achieve. By involving ourselves with these teams, we can offer a new outside view and a pathway, which allows the breaking down of the silos to begin.

EVOLUT 4.0 is a Business Pre-acceleration Program hosted by Science and Technology Park (Kauno mokslo ir technologijų parkas). The program offers extremely practical business growth insights for developing innovative products and services.

Last week, for the second consecutive year, Radvilas Šeputis joined the program's spring session. He gave practical training in "Marketing for startups: How to reach and attract your target customer?" to help lift new FinTech, EdTech, MedTech, GreenTech and EnergyTech startups to the next level.

Radvilas took a journey through a whole funnel, emphasised the importance of USPs, positioning and value proposition. He touched the messy middle, took a look at key metrics. The digital strategist noted the importance of irresistible offer creation and advocated for the voice of the user.

Today, the EVOLUT 4.0 two day training on sales and marketing for pre-accelerator, resulted in practical assessment presentations of sales strategy!
