Agribusiness is complex. The digital tools behind it need to make that complexity easier to manage.
Linas Agro Lietuva already had a self-service platform used by farmers and business customers for contracts, grain deliveries, market prices, invoices and other everyday tasks. Over time, as more functionality was added, the experience became harder to navigate and less consistent across different parts of the platform.
We started with a UX audit to understand where users were getting stuck, which patterns were creating friction, and how the platform was actually being used across desktop and mobile.
From there, we reworked the information architecture, key user flows and interface, and created a design system that could bring consistency to the existing product while giving the team a stronger foundation for future development.
The result is a clearer and more predictable self-service experience – one that makes complex agribusiness workflows easier to understand without stripping away the detail users actually need.
