We’re hiring a Growth Intern.
Remote. Flexible. Young team. 2-6 months.
The purpose of this internship is to gain practical experience in the process of growing a small agency.
Not as an outsider. As a participant who works through all the nuances in the middle of this process.
Main responsibilities (approx. 80%):
scanning, prospecting, researching potential customers, writing emails, handling follow-ups, supporting customer communication, and maintaining CRM.
Secondary responsibilities (approx. 20%):
researching campaigns, generating content ideas, competitor analysis, managing social media accounts, and completing tasks related to NORU and our clients.
Perfectly suited for a curious and organized individual who is not afraid of sending cold messages, understands English well, and shows interest in marketing, branding, sales, and working in agencies.
The ideal candidate doesn’t have to be a top graduate with an impressive CV, but she/he should be energetic, have common sense, and have no problems starting tasks independently.
