C'est pour cette raison que Mir wëllen iech ons Heemecht weisen s'est associé à LISKO - Lëtzebuerger Integratiouns- a Sozialkohäsiouns-Zenter, afin d'organiser toute une série d'activités, d'ateliers et de sorties thématisés autour de l'écologie et de l'environnement avec le but de favoriser l’intégration durable des réfugiés.

Back in april we did a Co Design workshop for Bâtiment IV - BIV , a new cultural space (tiers lieu) in Esch, to create their logo and slogan, and here’s what came out.
A participatory approach, including the people who work in the entity and who will afterwards, convey the image of their workingplace the best 😊
Workshop done with the team Moons & Isabelle Mattern Studio.

Another workshop realized for Mir wëllen iech ons Heemecht weisen, Am Gronn, with the forever partner Moons Irina 😀 Refugees and luxembourgish residents created each a character and brought them to life in a co-created story, animated on the walls of a building! Lovely moments, many laughs, and a lot of new things learned ! 🥰

✨ I've been working with the local NGO Mir wëllen iech ons Heemecht weisen (we want to show you our homeland) for the last 6 months and it's been such an enriching experience !⚡️This non-profit organization's mission is it to stimulate intercultural dialogue between refugees, especially applicants for/ and beneficiaries of international protection, and luxembourgish residents. By organizing cultural activities such as 🎼🥁 musical gatherings and events, cooking classes 👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳 women's dance circles 💃 etc, both parties get to know each other and understand each others culture 🤝
♾ The intercultural dialogue and exchange with the refugees is such a noble cause for me which makes the work so much more enjoyable! 😌💫
