I remember as a kid thinking how big the world was and wanting to see every part of it. Every little city I would’ve never thought of and every corner of the world.
Then when I discovered working a job meant I wasn’t able to explore much until I was older and retired. Dropping out of college was more about the ability to have freedom and live a “retired” life sooner. Being able to buy what I want, do what I want, spend time with my loved ones. As soon as I had my first successful months in business I left the US and on my adventures I went. Now 7 years later I feel like I’ve barely seen anything and am excited to constantly explore more parts of the world.
We had some locals in Germany tell us that we needed to see Luxembourg and that it was a beautiful city. So we booked train tickets for the next day and on the next chapter of our adventure we went.
Luxembourg was a romantic cute little city built into some cliffs. It felt like a fantasy novel every way you looked. I will happily be returning to this city some time in the future and recommend anyone and everyone to go and visit.
And if you’re in a life you don’t love and not what you’d hoped for, listen to that inner child and make them proud. You’ll see droves of happiness and fulfillment and life come your way once you listen.
