A non-governmental Institution that aims to bring together all Libyan experts residing inside and outside Libya in one legal body and under one umbrella to work collectively as an integrated advisory team whose primary goal is to cooperate with all Libyan government agencies and institutions and help them solve all problems and challenges that may face them while performing their tasks. Libya Experts Institution also seeks to present proposals, ideas and projects to reform, develop and diversify the Libyan economy in modern scientific methods based on knowledge and benefit from the successful experiences in other countries.
