Is a script useful during an outbound call?
A recent study found that 51% of consumers thought their call experience was tremendously or a lot better when the agent wasn’t reading from a script. Using a script helps the agents feel more confident during the calls, writing them in a way that lets them retain some flexibility, such as important bullet points. The excellent script provides the agent with something to lean on if they’re struggling but doesn’t make their speech sound unnatural.
