Chocolate Marshmallow Swirl Cookies

These dreamy chocolate cookies are swirled with gooey marshmallow for the ultimate melt-in-your-mouth treat.

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.
Scoop dough onto the baking sheet. Add a small dollop of marshmallow fluff on top of each.
Use a toothpick to swirl the marshmallow into the dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set. Let cool before serving.

Light, fluffy almond cake layers filled with luscious raspberry filling and silky whipped cream – pure bliss in every bite!

Ingredients:

Cake:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 ½ tsp almond extract
1 cup whole milk
Filling & Frosting:
1 ½ cups fresh raspberries
½ cup raspberry jam
2 cups heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sliced or whole almonds for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch cake pans.
Prepare cake batter: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add almond extract. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing until smooth.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Make the filling: Mash raspberries and mix with raspberry jam.
Whip the frosting: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Assemble: Layer cake with whipped cream and raspberry filling. Frost the outside with whipped cream.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and almonds. Chill before serving.

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup whole milk
For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
Mix in sour cream, then alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over the cake before serving.

Instructions

Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined 9x9-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.
