March didn’t just pass, it left a dent.

Michael won employee of the month (as he should). And yes, those pants? Earned, not bought! They were a gift from our warehouse clean-out and a past product brought back to life. Thank you

Michael’s now handing out free graphic design tips. Not the best, but also not the worst. Meanwhile, Peter ordered 5 lens caps, but received 30, so… does anyone want one?

We took a casual “quick lunch” trip to the food was excellent and we very much enjoyed our time there.

Back at the office, things got a little… explosive. Blagoj and his sparkling water can confirm.

Peter received an award from Town Novaci for successful entrepreneurship - a big win (for being the best villager?). And to wrap it all up: we nearly lost everything over one unattended cable.

Lesson learned. Unplug your chargers, kids.

See you in April 👋

February was a hard to swallow pill.

We had to make some changes and say goodbye to a few people while restructuring parts of the company (Thank you for your hard work! 🫡). It’s never easy, but sometimes it’s part of keeping things moving forward.

In the middle of it all, we decided to reorganize the office. Desks were moved, corners were reshuffled, and after a fair amount of lifting the studio started to feel a little different. Same space, better flow.

We also celebrated our Employee of the Month. Joana did great work throughout the month and showed up on her birthday with homemade muffins for the team.

On the work side, we’ve started revamping the Pinestel website. Which mostly means long discussions about very small differences between three very similar logos. We’ve also started preparing for some YouTube content.

And then there’s Shunda, who took the “teacher’s pet” role a bit too literally by trying to fit into a cat bed.

The office is settling into its new layout, projects are moving along, and things feel a bit clearer than they did a few weeks ago.

Xoxo,
Pinestel 💛

Creative didn’t follow standards, they set them. Writing briefs, dissecting research, quality checking every detail. They fought to get every idea right in year 2025.

2026 has been a strange one, a true turning point for Pinestel. A new season.

We reshaped our offer, and with that, we reshaped our team. Some changes came with the rise of AI, others with life simply moving people into new chapters. Growth isn’t always about getting bigger, sometimes it’s about getting clearer.

But before we fully step into what’s next, we want to honor the people who made 2025 - Year Five unforgettable, and we’ll be doing that in the next posts.

It was an epic year. We worked hard. We laughed louder. We created work we’re genuinely proud of. And none of it would have happened without the people behind it.

Here’s to the new season ahead, and to the path, the people, and the moments that built it.

The year started on a bittersweet note - Kate & Gjorgi welcomed their baby boy, but we also said goodbye to them, as Gjorgi opened his own studio in Gevgelija.
Congratulations on the little one, we wish them all the best in their next chapter ✨

The holidays were well earned, and the break was much needed. Coming back to a mountain of work? That part, less so.

January was festive with lots of holidays, good energy, and Blagoj even found the coin. Here’s to a lucky 2026 🍀

We eased back into the rhythm. Meetings picked up, clients were seen, and things slowly got back on track. Pece’s office got a nice renovation, making it easily the best one in the building now.

Dimsuro went the extra mile and built a display stand to test his designs in person.
And Michael finally set up his monitor stand, which had him smiling for a week.

We meant to share this last Friday, but it was Friday the 13th. Now, we’re not superstitious, but we are a little stitious, so we figured we’d wait a couple of days.

See you next month.

As 2025 slips out the door, we’re running on the last clean pour of energy. The kind you earn. Everything wrapped, delivered, done.

The final days were busy in the right way. Our production crew went full end of year deep cleaning mode tackling the storage and kitchen, reordering the chaos, and putting the studio back in fighting shape. A proper reset. Bravo to them.

Design and operations pushed through the final stretch as well. Yes, there was overtime. No, we’re not pretending there wasn’t. The quarter closed exactly as it should, with three projects crossing the line just in time: new websites for longtime partners Wordsworth & Black and TruVision Readers, and finally, Nine West, the luggage project that lived on Blagoj’s desk all through November and December and has now officially moved out.

Outside the office, the year gave us a few final headlines.
Peter & Simona welcomed their baby, their biggest win of the year.
We managed an office holiday party. 🎉
And we welcomed a new intern, already part of the team, though still unseen. A mystery to carry into the new year.

That’s it. The work for this year is done. And we’re almost done for the day.

Happy holidays, and here’s to a sharp start, a steady hand, and work worth believing in, come the new year!

Wishing you warmth, good company, and the rare luxury of taking a five.
A moment to slow down, close the year strong, and step into what’s next with clear minds and bold ideas.

Happy Holidays.

Yello! 👋
(It’s how Michael says hello. Sounds like “yellow”, our color - very on brand.)

September and October moved fast. Focused teams, full schedules, ideas sharpened, projects delivered. We rarely stop for photos when we’re in the middle of the work, the creative pressure pulls you in, but here are a few moments that surfaced anyway.

And in the quiet between projects, we raise a glass to our troops, Alexandra and Christian, as they set off to live abroad. Good people leaving is the cost of building something real, thank you for your service. 🫡

Pinestel 💛
